Topic will be what do we know about the stimulus bill, how it affects locally, and implications at the state level. perhaps bringing together what we know we can get a fairly accurate picture. Please add links on articles you find that help clarify the way it will unfold, who gets the money, how it is managed, what problems it solves, and what problems, speaking locally, it does not solve.
